# The House of Hope Vision School team is passionately committed to making a positive impact to the children of Palestine.
House of Hope is made by Palestinians for Palestinians. We are also almost entirely female staff. One of the two leaders that co-founded our organization is a woman, and 80% of our team is female. This is intentional. We believe women are the leaders of Palestine. They are the mothers, grandmothers, sisters, and strength of our communities. That’s why we invest in Palestinian women, working to elevate their careers and communal standing.
Milad Vosgueritchian // Co-founder and Chairman

He has inspired Palestinian youth to embrace nonviolence, built bridges between estranged Jerusalem area communities and put vocational training within reach for low-income Palestinian women. Milad is an internationally known public speaker seasoned in facilitating cross-cultural and interfaith encounters.
